Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). DANZAR reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

 

Returns of acceptable items must be made within fifteen (15) days of the shipping date from DANZAR. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping merchandise back to DANZAR. All return orders more than $100.00 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the processing of your refund from the time your products are received. Pointe shoe returns will be for store credit only. Underwear and undergarments are not returnable.

Items cannot be returned to any Danzar Retail location for credit. The Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information.

Items must meet the following requirements in order to be accepted for return – no exceptions:
Regular in-stock merchandise
New condition, in original packaging with original tags attached
Shoes – new condition, no sign of wear on soles
◦ Must be returned by inserting the original shoebox and/or bag in a mailing container

◦ Shoes shipped in shoebox only will be charged a $5.00 replacement fee

The following are final-sale items, and will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances: tights, undergarments, to-order merchandise, special-order merchandise, clearance merchandise, books, CDs and DVDs.

Items sent back to DANZAR without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for return. Further, items sent back to DANZAR after the 15-day return period will not be accepted for return.

Return / Exchange Process

To return or exchange merchandise by mail, please contact DANZAR for a Return Authorization number.

Upon receiving a Return Authorization number, you have 15 days for the merchandise to arrive at our facility. No returns will be honored after the fifteen 15 day timeframe.

DANZAR is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. We recommend using UPS (United Parcel Service) or the US Postal Service.

 

Returns cannot be made in person at our retail location. No refunds will be given as the Retail location does not have access to your Payment or Order information.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made within 15 days of shipment. For the U.S.A only, there is a reshipment charge of $10.00 plus any difference in price on returned items. International exchanges will be charged actual shipping cost. Additions to your exchange will be considered a new order and require additional shipping charges. Customer must pay for shipping to send merchandise to be exchanged to DANZAR. Your exchanged item will not be sent until DANZAR receives your original item and form of payment for reshipment charge. If you desire faster shipping, we can charge you for the exchange item, and refund its cost upon receipt of your original item.

If you require more than one exchange on the same order, you will be required to pay for all shipping costs on additional exchanges including the reshipment charge.
